How do I know if I need Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)?

Signs that may indicate a need for HRT:

Hot flashes/night sweats, low on energy, trouble sleeping, weight gain, thinning or loss of hair, dry skin/brittle nails, low sex drive or vaginal dryness, joint pain, brain fog, erratic cycles/spotting.  Feeling anxious or depressed, increased irritability, lack of desire to do things or participate in activities that you once enjoyed.

Autopay monthly - cancel anytime. No contracts or cancellations fees. **Labs are required and are not included in this fee.

Female HRT

225/month

Includes:

- Up to 3 medications: hormone prescriptions and supplies conveniently delivered directly to your doorstep. This would include progesterone, testosterone, and estradiol (as determined by your provider).

- Quarterly follow up visits, telehealth

- Monitored blood work**

- Access to provider for additional al la cart treatments such as weight loss medication and quality supplements.


**Blood work done via health insurance (if covered) or paid with a discounted cash-price via LabCorp. 

Female HRT Labs

Labs are not included in the monthly price. Labs can be done through health insurance or paid with a discounted cash-price via LabCorp. If you go the route of insurance, we are not responsible for the charge or out of pocket expenses for labs that may not be covered. We will be happy to send you a detailed list of labs if you want to check with your plan, otherwise the discounted cash-pay prices are listed below.

Initial Labs

$175 - one time initial fee

**Required blood work to be done prior to starting treatment:

Follow Up Labs

$100 - every 6 months once on treatment

**Required blood work to be done every six months once you are already on treatment or at intervals determined by your provider:

First, we need labs. To get started, click the link below. Labs can be done with a cash pay discount at any LabCorp location or through your health insurance.

Once you click below, you will get an email  with links to consents, practice policies, medical questionnaire, and payment.  

We will provide you an order for labs and details on getting them drawn.

Second, once labs results are in, we will plan a telehealth visit to review results and treatment options. Hormones come in several formulations and are shipped directly to your doorstep from our compounding pharmacy partners. Most people need progesterone, estrogen, and testosterone or any combination of the three. These come in capsules, creams, and injections. So many options!

Fourth: Follow up visit

Immediately following the initial visit, your RX will be sent to a compounding pharmacy. They will process and ship the medication and supplies (if needed) directly to your house. This process can take 7-10 business days. 

It is your responsibility to let us know when you need a refill.

A follow up telehealth visit will be done every 3-6 months while on treatment with labs being re-checked most often every 6-12 months depending on your provider recommendations. You can also call, text, or use the patient portal to communicate with us.
