All visits are virtual and conducted securely via video. You'll complete online intake forms first and meet with your provider in the comfort of your own home. 

Simply fill out our intake form and we will walk you through everything. 

You'll have quarterly (every 3 months) follow-ups, plus access to reach out with questions or concerns in between if needed. 

No,  We are a self-pay, concierge-style clinic and do not accept insurance. However, you may use HSA/FSA cards for eligible services.  

While there are a lot of benefits to having health insurance, hormone replacement therapy and weight loss is not generally considered medically necessary and therefor not covered. Insurance also puts significant limitations  on medical treatment which does not allow for the autonomy to truly provide personalized treatment rather than follow some guidelines that your health plan dictates. 

Yes! You can bundle hormone and weight loss treatment and receive $50 of your monthly cost.

Medications, supplies (if applicable), quarterly visits, and ongoing support. 

*Lab work is billed separately but can be run through your insurance or a discounted cash pay rate. 

Yes - for weight loss treatment, we do. Send us an email or text to let us know what you are looking for and we can send a detailed a la carte price list. This is meant for patients who have met their goal weight loss and are on maintenance or micro-dosing as it allows for variable or custom dosing. There should be something for everyone! If you are not sure or a new patient, lets schedule a time to talk. 

There are no a la carte options for HRT or TRT. Many of these medications are shipped in a 60 or 90 day supply but your payment is conveniently broken down into smaller monthly payments to keep it affordable. 

Your card is on automatic payment every month based on your start date. The monthly payments offer you a convenient way to keep the costs down. This approach helps you maintain consistent access to your medication without facing financial strain. You can also take advantage of a 10% discount if you decide to pay for a year of therapy upfront! Your medications may come in 30, 60, or 90 day supply. 

Don't worry, you can still cancel anytime. 

Just let us know via text or email at least 7 days in advance that you want to cancel and we will stop all future charges and prescriptions.  

We really dislike cancellation fees so we want to avoid that for you too! If we are not the right fit for you, it's okay- it's not personal. Please let us know and we will cordially part ways!
